We are very fortunate to find this agency, in particular we are grateful to Mr Labèr for his very professional services. He took away all our struggles of selling the apartment while we had already moved abroad. The only thing I had to do was to organise a power of attorney and send it by courier. That’s it, so easy! The rest, professional pictures, advertising, repair works, clients, all legal paperwork, all bills, even post-sale process and the tricky VAT, everything, everything was timely handled, I didn’t have to worry about anything at all.
