We’ve known Hansjürg Labèr and his company IDZ since our time together in a local business network in 2008.
The company was founded just a year earlier by Hansjürg and his wife Jutta.
At the end of 2014, a long-held dream of owning our own apartment came true. What was still missing was a professional, trustworthy, and reputable property management company. We now look back on more than 10 years together. The interests of us owners were always pursued to our complete satisfaction by the highly competent and courteous staff at IDZ.

Hansjürg’s life backpack is richly filled with a wide variety of activities around the globe. We can recommend idz with a clear conscience. Trust is good, but support is better, that’s their motto. These two principles are adhered to by the managing director, Hansjürg Labèr, as well as his office team and photographer Markus Brand. When selling our mid-range apartment in a small town in Eastern Switzerland, all our needs were taken seriously: from the presentation of the apartment to the advice during the sales process to the accompaniment to the official authorities, everything was handled professionally and competently. The agreed price and the proposed sales period were adhered to. This allowed us to pass our apartment on to a young family who also met our requirements. It was a significant burden for us, a couple in our seventies, but we are confident in our decision and look forward to the future, where we will be living in a smaller apartment.

We are very fortunate to find this agency, in particular we are grateful to Mr Labèr for his very professional services. He took away all our struggles of selling the apartment while we had already moved abroad. The only thing I had to do was to organise a power of attorney and send it by courier. That’s it, so easy!
