We can recommend idz with a clear conscience. Trust is good, but support is better, that’s their motto. These two principles are adhered to by the managing director, Hansjürg Labèr, as well as his office team and photographer Markus Brand. When selling our mid-range apartment in a small town in Eastern Switzerland, all our needs were taken seriously: from the presentation of the apartment to the advice during the sales process to the accompaniment to the official authorities, everything was handled professionally and competently. The agreed price and the proposed sales period were adhered to. This allowed us to pass our apartment on to a young family who also met our requirements. It was a significant burden for us, a couple in our seventies, but we are confident in our decision and look forward to the future, where we will be living in a smaller apartment.
